Event Description:
This event will highlight the latest findings on salmonid distribution in the Pudding River Watershed from snorkel surveys, areas to target restoration efforts, and offer an engaging opportunity for the community to connect with experts and each other. Some of the main tributaries that were surveyed include Silver Creek, Drift Creek, Abiqua Creek, Butte Creek, and several others. The main fish species they looked at are Steelhead, Spring Chinook, Coho Salmon, and Cutthroat Trout. Jeremy Lees who works at Bio Surveys and completed the snorkel surveys will be at the event and give a presentation highlighting his findings and that is the main part of the event.
